Directions About the Farm
We buy our cattle mostly from folks in Virginia receiving them at about 540 lbs. When the cattle are ready, they will range in weight, depending on the frame size 1000 to 1200 lbs. You can expect a cutout value of 105 to 125 pounds of meat per quarter. The cost per pound of cut meat will be about $3.00 per pound.

We are equipped to deliver your animal to a local independently owned slaughterhouse to be processed in accordance to you specifications. If you are unable to use a whole beef, you may be able to split or quarter it among your friends and relatives.
