Unlike most commercially produced beef, our beef cattle are fed an all natural diet of corn, hay, and wheat without any special feed additives to speed up the animals' growth. This means there are no hormones, implants, or any other artificial substances used to enhance growth.
The crops grown on the Weikert Farm to feed the cattle are grown without the aid of chemicals such as insecticides, herbicides, or chemicals fertilizers.
Today we use the methods of farming established by our ancestors because we stick with what they know is the best way to raise cattle: the natural way.
